Our client is in the retail software industry, and is searching for a seasoned Director of Sales to join their company. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies for high impact accounts in order to secure new opportunities. You will be focused on aligning your team towards the company's overall long-term goals and executions.

Location: United States of America (Remote)

At this role, you will:

- You will deliver success through empowerment, modeling, coaching, and caring

- Build and grow Line Of Business relationships, demonstrating growth of Business Decision Maker contacts

- Hold self and the team accountable for delivering on plans and meeting customer needs

- Leverage knowledge of our client's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer needs

- Proactively expand a strategic network of key internal and external partners and decision-makers

- Lead the development and application of a mature multi-year customer plan aligned to priorities

- Orchestrate the execution of strategies for the assigned account, driving high-volume sales and revenue growth

- Develop long-term strategies for building customer loyalty, anticipating issues, and establishing recovery plans

Minimum Requirements:

- 6+ years working directly with senior level executives

- 8+ years closing experience

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10+ years experience working in Retail, Technology, Government, Financial Services, or related industries.
