Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse, under supervision, provides patient and family centered care using the nursing process. The Registered Nurse will work with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care, positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes. During the first year of practice, the Registered Nurse will have successfully completed orientation and will be consistently performing independently in the professional nursing practice environment.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
* BSN Preferred
* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam
* Must obtain 10 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused. Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.
* Must possess 0-1 year of current clinical experience
Certification Requirements:
* Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire
