Job Description
Job Introduction
This job will involve customer issue analysis and resolution.
Responsibility:
Review custom projects in I-design and CHoose software for correctness and completeness before submittal to engineer
Answering or facilitating Technical Product Questions
Create CAD model files for Customers
Submitting Temporary Deviation Request (TDR)
Submitting Engineering Change (ECRs)
Communication Product Change Notifications (PCN)
Participate in Project Review Meeting
Qualifications:
Qualifications
High school diploma with minimum 2 years of experience preferably in Engineering

Qualifications
_ **To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:**_
* Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
* Must be able to pass a color vision test
* Have the ability and willingness to travel
* Be able to match colors effectively
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* Effectively communicate with peers and customers
* Have good and effective written, reading comprehension, and verbal skills
* Be able to interpret data and draw effective conclusions
_ **In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:**_
* Have an associate degree in chemistry or equivalent
* SAP experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.
* 3-5 years in the ink industry and experience in commercial printing
